Co-founding partner at Development Solutions, Ram brings more than three decades of experience, having worked on issues of health, livelihoods, urban development, and rural development. His experience includes work with Central and State Governments, UN organizations, academia, and CSOs/NGOs.
Co-founding partner at Development Solutions, Vasudha has over eleven years of experience working on issues of public health, sexual and reproductive health, education, and gender. She has a Masters’ degree in Public Health. She has led and managed evaluations, research studies, and strategy development.
Riza is a Manager-Projects. She has a post-graduate degree in Development and has three years of experience. She is experienced in research methodologies, quantitative data analysis, and project management. She coordinates assignments on maternal and child health and education.
Aastha is the Project Manager. She supports the business, digital, and visibility strategy. She also manages some of our assignments. She has an MBA in sales and marketing.
Surabhi recently graduated from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, and is working as a Project Coordinator with us. She strongly identifies with social activism, feminism, animal rights and advocacy for mental health. She is also a classical vocalist and dancer, and sees performing arts as a means of catharsis. She hopes to work as a management expert in future.
Tarul has a post-graduate degree in Economics and is currently the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator at Development Solutions. One of her major responsibilities include continuous monitoring of quantitative data for various projects. In addition, she also provides support in developing analysis plans and conducting data analysis.
Sakshi is a post-graduate in public health management and is working as a Project Coordinator at Development Solutions. She has handled numerous projects, including National Family Health Survey (NFHS-5) and National Health Resource Repository (NHRR). She has experience in project planning, operationalization, project execution and coordination, data analysis, and report writing. She has expertise in data analysis and presentation software, along with maintaining research quality.
Tanya is a post-graduate in mass communication and is working as a Communications Coordinator with us. She has handled numerous strategic communication projects in the past and has consulted with non-profits on the same. Tanya is a PG Diploma holder in Advertising and PR from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and has impressive experience with building brand strategies; having previously worked with the BBC, Google News Initiative, BATA, and Havells India. Her interest lies in understanding how digital media affects social development in youth-driven communities.
Radhika has joined Development Solutions as a Project Coordinator. She is an independent researcher and facilitator on the issues of gender, sexuality, and MHH. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Political science from the University of Delhi and she completed her post-graduation in Gender studies from Jamia Millia Islamia. In her spare time, she can be found at protests, panel discussions, and indulging with cats. She’s passionate about the dynamics gender plays in our everyday lives, and conversations around LGBTQIA+ rights in university spaces.
O. Venkat Sai
Venkat is a post- graduate in Development Studies and is working as a Senior Project Coordinator at Development Solutions. He has worked in implementation and research spaces. He will be assisting in research design, coordination of projects and support in business development and knowledge creation processes. Venkat has experience in qualitative research methods, capacity building and stakeholder management and has previously worked with Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions, Outline India and Pravah.
A post-graduate degree in Development Studies from IDS, UK and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, from the University of Delhi; Anjali has joined Development Solutions as a Project Coordinator. She is an early career development professional, passionate about making an impact through her research and creating a safer, equal, healthier world for all. Her skills include end-to-end project support and coordination, organization, and secondary research. Her research interests lie in the intersections of labour, migration, and urban development.
Ranganathan is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He brings 35 years of professional experience to support social enterprises. He provides technical consultancy and support on financial matters and on assignments that need high-level finance expertise.
Prabir specializes in participatory communication. With 25 years of experience and expertise in communication, capacity development, and participatory theatre and workshop, he supports Development Solutions on communication, capacity development, and participatory training module development.
Saptarshi, Ph.D., is currently a visiting Assistant Professor of Bio-Health Informatics at Indiana University-Purdue University (IUPU), Indianapolis, US. He has 11 years of experience and supports Development Solutions on health informatics and mHealth.
Tanya has over nine years of experience in the development sector. Her focus areas are menstrual health management, WASH, and education. She is skilled and experienced in research and evaluations, project implementation, and advocacy. She has an MBA in finance.
Mamta has over sixteen years of experience in managing office administration. She has previously worked with organizations like Macawber Beekay Pvt. Ltd., IRCTC, and Desein Pvt. Ltd.
Prabha has four years of experience in managing accounts.
Sachin works as an Operations Manager. He has over ten years of experience in administration, human resources, and project management. He has previously worked with Public Health Foundation of India, Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust and Marie Stopes India. He has an MBA in Human Resource Management.
