Development Solutions built an M&E framework and system to enable Microsoft to track the progress and outcomes of their CSR programs, and assess the impact of their initiatives. The M&E framework created clear visibility of the impact of the programs in enabling inclusion, improving livelihoods, and employability.The process involved analysis of the programs of the Microsoft CSR, development of a Theory of Change, development of indicators & reporting formats, enabled buy-in from key stakeholders, and created a dashboard for program managers to monitor projects & outcomes.
