The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), through its partnership with IPE Global, Population Foundation of India (PFI), and Freedom Fund is implementing three micro-pilots under its ‘Matrix of Change’ project. The Matrix of Change project proposes to address the issue of poor utilization of resources allocated for children at the state level by increasing the quality and quantity of public spending for children at the state level. The investment will work with government programs tackling malnutrition, teenage pregnancies, and child exploitation.Development solutions is evaluating the impact of the three micro-pilots using a mixed-method approach.
