TATA Institute of Social Sciences supported by United Nations Population Fund
Service: Monitoring & Evaluation
iCall Psychosocial Helpline, an initiative by TISS, supported by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) has enabled the capacity building of the counselors in Swasthya Samvaad Kendra (SSK) and the Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK). The capacity development is through the Samvaad eLearning Platform – an online academic portal. To assess the impact of the e-learning modules and evaluate the barriers, if any in learning, Development Solutions is undertaking an end line. The evaluation will suggest recommendations to strengthen the program. Both quantitative and qualitative methods will be used. Data will be gathered from 60 counselors in 15 districts across the state. Also, exit interviews and interviews with key stakeholders would inform the end-line.
