The “PLHIV – ART Linkage System (PALS)” is developed for tracking & monitoring of prevention and treatment service cascade provided to HIV positive individuals, including pregnant women. The assignment reviewed the implementation of PALS and documented its implementation, key learnings and suggestions. Field visits were done in Karnataka and Odisha, and interactions were done with key stakeholders at national, state, and district levels.
